Chuck is the executive director of Project PATCH, an excellent non-profit therapeutic residential center for boys and girls, located in Idaho. He holds a degree in Theology with a minor in Psychology, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is also an ICF Certified Professional Coach. He has extensive experience working with youth since 1988.

Scott Leshin is the Founder and President of SJ Personal Healthcare Advocates, a health insurance advocacy and claims management firm. Scott is an expert in the field of health insurance billing and has helped many therapeutic boarding schools, residential treatment centers, and wilderness therapy programs become equipped to handle out of network insurance claims.

Dr. Daniel Sanderson

Dr. Daniel Sanderson

Dr. Daniel Sanderson is a clinical psychologist who has been working in the area of psychological assessment and treatment for more than 25 years. "Doc Dan" is what his clients and fans like to use to reference him. He is a well-known clinician in the field of wilderness therapy. Dr. Sanderson is the creator of the Developmental Vacation (TM) model, which is a highly successful and unique theory for treating adolescent and young adult behavior issues.

Mark Gregston

Mark Gregston, Founder, Heartlight Ministries

Mark Gregston is the founder and executive director of Heartlight Ministries. He is also the host of the popular Parenting Today’s Teens daily and weekend radio program heard on over 1,400 radio outlets, helping parents across North America navigate through the turbulent waters of adolescence.

Tamara Bolthouse

In addition to managing the Refer & Share Network of more than 80 residential and therapeutic boarding schools, Tamara Bolthouse is a writer, trainer, and resource consultant to parents of troubled teens. She has visited, assessed, and at times consulted with over 80 programs across the country, and handles thousands of cases every year. Tamara helped conceive the Refer & Share Network and has worked every single day to grow it into a powerful resource for helping parents in need. She retains a degree in Business Management and Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University.

 

Garret Bolthouse

Garret Bolthouse is President/CEO and owner of The Envoy Group. Garret has fostered the growth and development of The Envoy Group since 2007, applying his training and expertise in business management, software, web development, writing and ministry to the growth and stability of the Refer & Share Network. Garret studied Philosophy and Business at the University of Arizona. He and his wife Emily currently minister to students in Tucson ranging from pre-teen to college-age.
